Reason cavapoo owner doesn’t mind “nightly” cleanups after dog delights

A playful cavapoo has captured the hearts of millions of viewers online after a TikTok video showing the dog gleefully bouncing through a ball pit went viral.
On January 18, user @calliedoodlebear—an account dedicated to “Callie the Cavapoo”—posted the clip, which has since amassed more than 11 million views and left social media users in hysterics at the pup’s joyful antics.
The 15-second clip shows the small dog leaping into and diving around a vibrant ball pit in the middle of her owner’s living room. While the dog’s excitement is evident, the fun also results in balls being noisily scattered all over the floor.
Newsweek contacted @calliedoodlebear for comment via TikTok. We could not verify the details of the case.
Text overlaid on the video said, “POV: Your dog’s joy is worth the nightly ball pit cleanup.”
The video has garnered more than 800,000 likes and thousands of comments from viewers on TikTok who could not get enough of the pet’s exuberance, with one writing, “That is sheer joy.”
“My dog looked at me and called her grandma,” a viewer wrote, while another said, “My two dogs just asked me if we are poor.”
A commenter added: “I absolutely just love this. It’s adorable. I love the four paws up in the air. Cute.”
The video has resonated with pet owners who can relate to making daily sacrifices to keep their animals happy.
“My dog deflated every single ball in his ball pit, but he loves his pit so much, I gotta restock it for him,” a viewer commented.
“Well now I have to buy my dogs a ball pit,” a user said.
Another added: “Would I ever get that for my kids? Nah. Would I ever get that for my dog? ABSOLUTELY.”
Some viewers also expressed concern over the noise the dog’s nighttime activity would create—and how it might affect any neighbors below.
“As someone whose neighbors get mad if I walk softly or literally just breathe I’m interested to know what this sounds like downstairs,” one viewer said.
“Poor neighbors below you,” another added.
A commenter wrote, “That poor tenant trying to explain to the property manager what that noise is when filing a complaint.”
