Philadelphia Eagles star safety C.J. Gardner-Johnson has exited the game after what appears to be a significant head injury. He was shown going into the blue medical tent and has now exited the game.

Gardner-Johnson had an incredible hit on Carolina Panthers wide receiver Xavier Legette earlier in Sunday’s matchup, but could presumably miss the rest of the game. No official word has yet been made, but things look a bit troublesome considering he went right from the blue medical tent to the locker room.
